Annual, climbing herb, of European origin, cultivated in Indochina, especially in Laos and in Vietnam for its edible fruits eaten as vegetables, generally cooked, exceptionally raw.

ឈ្មោះវល្លិប្រចាំឆ្នាំមួយប្រភេទគេនាំពីទ្វីបអឺរ៉ុបមកដាំក្នុងឥណ្ឌូចិន ជាពិសេសក្នុងប្រទេសលាវ និងវៀតណាម ដើម្បីយកផ្លែ ប្រើជាបន្លែដូចសណ្ដែកធម្មតា បរិភោគក្នុងសម្ល ឬ ឆា ពេលខ្លះគេបរិភោគឆៅជាអន្លក់ ។
