Monochoria hastata (L.) Solms
Perennial herb of wet and aquatic places, originating from Southeast Asia, introduced and cultivated in all tropical regions of the world. Edible plant; the flowers are eaten raw as vegetables; the stalks and leaves are cooked in culinary preparations.

ភាសាបារាំង
Herbe vivace des lieux humides et aquatiques, originaire de l’Asie du Sud-Est, introduit et cultivé dans toutes les régions tropicales du monde. Plante entrant dans l’alimentation : les fleurs se consomment crues en légumes : les tiges et feuilles sont cuites dans des préparations culinaires.
