Shrub, 1.50-6 m tall, originating from India, introduced as decorative for its stiff shining green leaves, in all regions of the world where it is especially cultivated in jars inside houses.

Arbuste, haut de 1,50-6 m, originaire de l’Inde introduit comme ornemental pour ses feuilles rigides vert brillant, dans toutes régions du monde où il est surtout cultivé dans les pots à l’intérieur des appartements.
