Diospyros montana Roxb.
Tree, 7-15 m tall, with a blackish bark, of dense and secondary formations of Indochina and India. Trunk often provided with thorns. Yellow or whitish, hard and flexible wood, fairly in demand to make knickknacks and in construction.

ឈ្មោះព្រឹក្សមួយប្រភេទ កំពស់ ៧-១៥ម សំបកក្រៅពណ៌ខ្មៅភាវដុះក្នុងព្រៃធំ ឬព្រៃល្បោះនៅឥណ្ឌូចិន និងប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា។ ដង្កោខ្មោចច្រើន មានបន្លាវែងនៅដើម។ ឈើពណ៌សភាវ ឬលឿង រឹងពត់បានគេប្រើធ្វើគ្រឿងផ្ទះ និងវត្ថុតាំងលំអ។
ភាសាបារាំង
Arbre, haut de 7-15 m, à écorce noirâtre, des formations denses et secondaires de l’Indochine et de l’Inde. Tronc souvent pourvu d’épines. Bois jaune ou blanchâtre, dur et flexible, assez recherché pour faire des bibelots et en construction.
