Coriandrum sativum L.
Herb, known since the 15-th century B.C., in the Mediterranean regions, cultivated at present all over the world as condiment. The seeds are used to scent dishes and cakes. The oil extracted from the seeds would be efficient against cough and invigorating.
វ៉ាន់ស៊ុយ
ឈ្មោះស្មៅមួយប្រភេទ ជាគ្រឿងទេស ។ គេស្គាល់វ៉ាន់ស៊ុយលើកដំបូង នៅប្រទេសជុំវិញសមុទ្រមេឌីទែរ៉ាណេ តាំងពី សតវត្សទី១៥ មុនកំណើតព្រះយេស៊ូ ។ ឥឡូវដើមវ៉ាន់ស៊ុយ មានដាំនៅគ្រប់ប្រទេសសកលលោក ។ គេប្រើគ្រាប់អប់នំ ឬម្ហូប ផ្សេងៗ ។ ប្រេងដែលបញ្ចេញពីគ្រាប់ សម្រាប់ ប្រើជាថ្នាំក្អក ឬថ្នាំលើកកម្លាំង ។
ភាសាបារាំង
Herbe, connue depuis le 15ème siècle avant J.C., dans les régions méditerranéennes, cultivée actuellement dans le monde entier comme condimentaire. Les graines sont employées pour parfumer des mets et des gâteaux. L’huile extraite des graines aurait des propriétés antitussives et stimulantes.
