Citrus aurantifolia (Christm. & Panz) Swingle
Shrub, originating from India, introduced since long in Cambodia where it is cultivated for its fruits, used as condiments. These fruits can be candied and used to flavor poultry-meat dishes.
ក្រូចឆ្មារខ្មែរ
ឈើចុល្លព្រឹក្សមួយប្រភេទ គេនាំពូជពីស្រុកឥណ្ឌាមកដាំសម្រាប់យកផ្លែបរិភោគជាគ្រឿងទេស។ ផ្លែក្រូចឆ្មារខ្មែរគេនិយម យកទៅត្រាំទឹកអំបិលទុកបានយូរ សម្រាប់ធ្វើស្ងោរ “ ងាំងូវ ” មាន់ ឬ ទា ។
ភាសាបារាំង
Arbuste, originaire de l’Inde, introduit depuis très longtemps au Cambodge où il est cultivé partout pour ses fruits condimentaires. Ces fruits peuvent être confits et ensuite utilisés pur aromatiser des plats à base de volaille.
