Cinnamomum camphora (L.) J. Presl
Tree, 10-15 m tall, of the forests of Japan and China, cultivated in the gardens in North Vietnam. In Cambodia, only the crystallized camphor (kâbô:) is known, used by the Cambodians in inhalation against the cold and headaches. The camphor is a product resulting from the distillation of the roots, of wood or of green leaves of the camphor laurel.

ឈ្មោះជ័រមួយយ៉ាង មានក្លិនប្រហើរឆួល សម្រាប់ប្រើជាថ្នាំឈឺក្បាល វិលមុខ តឹងច្រមុះ ។ ជ័រនេះគេស្រង់ចេញពីស្លឹក ឬស និងមែកនៃដើមឈើ មួយប្រភេទក្នុងសន្ដានទេពទារូ កំពស់ ១០-១៥ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃស្រុកជប៉ុន និងចិន ។ វៀតណាម ខាងត្បូងមាននាំមកដាំ ។
ភាសាបារាំង
Arbre haut de 10-15 m des forêts du Japon et de Chine, cultivé dans les jardins au Nord-Viet-nam. Au Cambodge, seul le camphre cristallisé (kâbô:) est connu, utilisé par les Cambodgiens en inhalation contre le rhume et les migraines. Le camphre est un produit provenant de la distillation des racines, du bois ou des feuilles vertes du camphrier.
