Casuarina equisetifolia L.
Tree, 10-30 m tall, of Indo-malayan origin, cultivated on tropical coasts. In Cambodia, the species is spontaneous, met on sandy coasts in small groups. It is planted in city as street plant or ornemental. The branches give an excellent firewood. The wood can be used in construction.

ស្ងាវជាព្រឹក្សមានកំពស់ ១០-៣០ម មានដើមកំណើតក្នុង ឧព្វេធប្រទេសជ្វា ។ គេនាំយកទៅដាំតាមមាត់សមុទ្រ លើដីខ្សាច់ ។ តែនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប្រហែលដើមស្ងាវដុះឯងៗទេ តែមិនសូវមានច្រើនផ្ដុំគ្នាឡើយ ក្នុងទីក្រុងគេដាំស្ងាវជាលំអគេហដ្ឋាន ឬវិថីនានា ។ មែកស្ងាវធ្វើអុសដុតឆេះល្អណាស់ ។ ឈើអាចសង់ផ្ទះបាន ។
ភាសាបារាំង
Arbre haut de 10-30 m d’origine indomalaise et cultivé sur des littoraux tropicaux. Au Cambodge, l’espèce est spontanée, rencontrée au bord de la mer sur sables littoraux par groupes peu importants. Elle est plantée en ville comme arbres d’avenues ou d’ornement. Les branches donnent un excellent bois de feu. Le bois peut être employé en construction.
