Allium fistulosum L.
Herb cultivated since immemorial time for its leaves and bulbs used as condiment. Cambodia people only use the leaves in cooking.

ភាសាបារាំង
Herbe cultivée depuis des temps immémoriaux pour ses feuilles et bulbes condimentaires. Les khmers emploient uniquement les feuilles pour la cuisine.
