Vitis pentagona Diels & Gilg
Climbing shrub of the secondary formations of Southeast Asia. The acid fruits are edible and give a bad wine but an excellent vinegar. In traditional Khmer medicine, the roots are used in decoction against the bronchitis. They are also part of a remedy against gonorrhea.

ឈ្មោះគុម្ពព្រឹក្សវារមួយប្រភេទ ដុះក្នុងព្រៃល្បោះ នៃអាស៊ីផ្នែកអាគ្នេយ៍ ។ ផ្លែរសជូរអាចបរិភោគបាន ធ្វើស្រាមិនបាន ។ តាមក្បួនឱសថបុរាណខ្មែរ គេស្ងោរឬសធ្វើថ្នាំរម្ងាប់រោគទងសួត ។ គេប្រើឬសផ្សំធ្វើថ្នាំម្យ៉ាងរម្ងាប់រោគប្រមេះ ។

Arbrisseau sarmenteux des formations secondaires de l’Asie du Sud-Est. Les fruits, de saveur acide, sont comestibles et donnent un mauvais vin mais un excellent vinaigre. En pharmacopée khmère, les racines, en décoction, sont utilisées contre la bronchite. Elles entrent aussi dans la composition d’un remède contre la blennorragie.
