URARIA (Leguminosac-Papilionoideae)
Uraria crinita (L.) Desv. ex DC.
Sub-shrub, 0.50-2 m tall, of the open formations, shrubby savannas, in the edges of the dense forests or in the bamboo forests of tropical Asia. Sometimes cultivated as decorative and medicinal species. The decoction of roots would be effective against fever of the children, intestinal worms and tightness of the chest.

Sous-arbrisseau, haut de 0,50-2 m, des formations ouvertes, des savanes arbustives, à la lisière des forêts denses ou dans les forêts de bambous de l’Asie tropicale. Espèce parfois cultivée comme ornementale et médicinale. La décoction des racines serait efficace contre la fièvre des enfants, contre les vers intestinaux et contre les oppressions respiratoires.
