Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (L.) DC.
Annual, climbing herb, known only in the cultivated state in the whole Southeast Asia. The young fruits with their seeds are much valued as vegetables, eaten raw or cooked in various dishes.

Herbe annuelle, grimpante, connue seulement à l’état cultivé dans tout le Sud-Est Asiatique. Les jeunes fruits avec leurs graines sont très estimés comme légumes, consommés crus ou cuits dans diverses préparations culinaires.
