Condiment herb, cultivated everywhere in tropical and even temperate regions. The mucilaginous seeds mixed with water make a soft drink, drunk generally sweetened.

ជីរនាងវង ជាគ្រឿងទេស ធាតុ តិណជាតិ ដែលគេដាំនៅគ្រប់ប្រទេសក្ដៅ ឬត្រជាក់មធ្យម ។ គ្រាប់ជីរនាងវង អាចត្រាំទឹកដាក់ស្ករបរិភោគ ជាភេសជ្ជៈ ធ្វើឱ្យត្រជាក់ ។
