Mimosa pudica L.
Sub-shrub or strong herb, of American origin, introduced into the tropical regions of the world. In some countries, the plant is very invasive and fought. In Cambodia, the species is seen along the roads and in the cultivated places. In traditional medicine, the infusion of the twigs with leaves is used against feverish aches. It would have also soothing and soporific properties.

គុម្ពព្រឹក្សឬស្មៅរឹងម្យ៉ាងនាំមកពីទ្វីបអាមេរិកក្ដៅ ។ ឥឡូវដុះឯងៗ កន្លែងគ្មានព្រៃក្នុងប្រទេសក្តៅសកលលោក ។ នៅប្រទេសខ្លះព្រះខ្លបជាស្មៅអាក្រក់ ពីព្រោះដុះពាសពេញដីចំការដំណាំ ។ នៅប្រទេសខ្មែរដើមនេះដុះតែតាមមាត់ផ្លូវ និង លើដីវាល ។ គ្រូបុរាណស្ងោរមែក, ស្លឹកព្រះខ្លប ឱ្យអ្នកគ្រុន និងចុកដៃ ជើង ផឹក ។ ទឹកស្ងោរនេះ អាចធ្វើអោយស្ងប់ចិត្ត និង អោយងងុយដេក ។

Sous-arbrisseau ou herbe dure, d’origine américaine, introduite dans les régions tropicales du monde. Dans certains pays, la plante est très envahissante et on cherche à la détruire. Au Cambodge. l’espèce se rencontre le long des chemins et dans les endroits défrichés. En pharmacopée, l’infusion des rameaux feuillés est utilisée pour combattre les courbatures fébriles. Elle aurait aussi la propriété calmante et somnifère.
