Mimosa pigra L.
Thorny shrub, of American origin, introduced accidentally in Asia from the beginning of this century. It is met under the form of weed in the wet places without vegetation, in particular around the Great Lakes of Cambodia. Plant which may be used as green manure.

គុម្ពព្រឹក្សមានបន្លាជាច្រើន កំណើតក្នុងប្រទេសអាមេរិកក្ដៅ គេនាំចូលពីដើមសតវត្សក្នុងទ្វីបអាស៊ី ។ នៅអាស៊ីផ្នែក អាគ្នេយ៍ ដើមបន្លាយក្ស ដុះដែលដាលគ្រប់កន្លែង គុម្ពព្រឹក្សបន្លានេះច្រើនដុះលើដីសើមណាដែលគេកាប់ឈើអស់ឬជិតអស់ ដូចជាជុំវិញទន្លេសាបប្រទេសខ្មែរជាដើម, កន្លែងណាមានឈើ ច្រើនបន្លាយក្សពុំអាចដុះបានឡើយ ។ (អ្នកខ្លះអោយឈ្មោះខុសថា ជាបន្លាយួន) ។ ដើមនេះអាចប្រើធ្វើជាជីស្រស់បាន ។

Arbrisseau épineux, d’origine américaine, introduit accidentellement dès le début du siècle en Asie. On le rencontre, sous forme de mauvaise herbe dans les endroits humides sans végétation, en particulier autour des Grands Lacs du Cambodge. Plante pouvant servir d’engrais verts.
