Memecylon edule Roxb.
Shrub or small tree, 8-15 m tall, of the dense decideous forests and secondary formations of tropical Asia. The fruits are edible. The leaves, in lotions, are used to treat the conjunctivitis. Wood used for the construction of huts.

ចុល្លព្រឹក្ស ឬព្រឹក្សតូចម្យ៉ាងកំពស់ ៨-១៥ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃក្រាស់ជ្រុះស្លឹក និងព្រៃល្បោះនៃអាស៊ីផ្នែកក្ដៅ ។ ផ្លែ បរិភោគ បាន ស្លឹកជូរតិចៗ អាចស្ងោរលាងសំពត់ក៏បាន ។ ស្លឹកនេះគេប្រើធ្វើថ្នាំបុរាណ សំរាប់ព្យាបាលជំងឺភ្នែកក្រហម ។ ឈើ ប្រើធ្វើក្ដារក្រាលផ្ទះ និងខ្ទម ។

Arbuste ou petit arbre, haut de 8-15 m des forêts denses décidues et des formations secondaires de l’Asie tropicale. Les fruits sont comestibles. Les feuilles, en lotions, servent à soigner la conjonctivite. Bois employé pour la construction des cases.
