Irvingia malayana Oliv. ex Benn.
Tree, 15-20 m tall, of the open formations of Southeast Asia. The fruits are looked by cervids. The kernel of the seed is edible and is as appreciated as that of the anacardier ***. One can extract from it wax to make candles. Wood used in construction.

ព្រឹក្សមួយប្រភេទ កំពស់ ១៥-២០ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃសោង នៃអាស៊ីផ្នែកអាគ្នេយ៍ ។ ផ្លែចំបក់សត្វមានស្នែងចូលចិត្តស៊ី ណាស់ ។ សាច់ក្នុងគ្រាប់ត្រាំ ទឹកអំបិលលីងប្រើជាអាហារក៏បាន ឆ្ងាញ់ប្រហែលគ្រាប់ស្វាយចន្ទីដែរ គេអាចបុកចម្រាញ់សូនធ្វើទៀនអុជក៏បាន ។ ឈើប្រើការធ្វើគ្រឿងសង់ផ្ទះ ។

Arbre, haut de 15-20 m, des formations ouvertes de l’Asie du Sud-Est. Les fruits sont recherchés par les Cervides. L’amande de la graine est comestible et est aussi appréciée que celle de l’anacardier. On peut en extraire de la cire pour faire des bougies. Bois utilisé en construction.
