Imperata cylindrica (L.) Räusch.
Herb, up to 1.50 m tall, of the undergrowth of clear forests in the tropical regions of the world. The young leaves are grazed by animals, domestic and wild. The grown-up leaves are used to make roofs and walls. Rhizomes are used in traditional medicine as diuretics and purifying.

ស្មៅមួយប្រភេទ កំពស់រហូត ១,៥០ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃស្រោងនៃប្រទេសក្តៅសកលលោក ។ ស្លឹកខ្ចីជាចំណីសត្វចតុប្បាទស្រុក ឬព្រៃ ។ ស្លឹកស្បូវ ធំៗ រឹងត្រគ្រាត ប្រើការក្រងប្រក់ និងធ្វើជាជញ្ជាំងផ្ទះបាន ។ គ្រូថ្នាំបុរាណប្រើមើម ធ្វើថ្នាំសំអាតឈាម និងធ្វើឱ្យនោមច្រើន ។

Herbe, haute jusqu’à 1,50 m, du sous-bois des forêts claires des régions tropicales du monde. Les jeunes feuilles sont broutées par les animaux herbivores, domestiques et sauvages. Les feuilles adultes sont utilisées pour faire des toitures et des murs. Les rhizomes s’emploient, en pharmacopée comme diurétiques et dépuratives.
