Tree, 10-30 m tall, of the dense forests of plain, on sandy or volcanic soil, in the Indochinese and Malay Peninsula. Wood used in construction.

ព្រឹក្សម្យ៉ាង កំពស់ ១០-៣០ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃធំ លើដីទំនាប មានខ្សាច់ ឬសីលាភ្នំភ្លើង នៃឧបទ្វីបឥណ្ឌូចិន ន ិងជ្វា ។ ឈើរឹងល្អ សម្រាប់សង់ផ្ទះ។
