Hibiscus sagittifolius Kurz
Strong herb, perennial, spread or erected, weak, pressing on the nearby plants, 0.80-1 m tall, of the open grounds of Cambodia, Laos and Southern Vietnam. In Cambodia, the species is met especially under the clear forests of the hillsides of Kirirom mountain. The leaves and the flowers, pink or red, are used against scabies, by rubbing these organs against the affected parts. The roots would be effective against the vaginal discharge and the gonorrheas.

Herbe dure, vivace, étalée ou dressée, faible, s’appuyant sur les plantes voisines, haute de 0,80-1 m, des terrains découverts du Cambodge, du Laos et du Sud-Viêt-nam. Au Cambodge, l’espèce se rencontre surtout sous les forêts claires des pentes du mont Kirirom. Les feuilles et les fleurs, roses ou rouges, sont utilisées contre la gale, en frictionnant ces organes contre les parties atteintes. Les racines seraient efficaces contre les pertes blanches et les blennorragies.
