Gymnema sylvestre (Retz.) R. Br.
Pubescent liana, climbing on the shrubs, the undergrowth and the hedges of the villages of Southeast Asia. In traditional medicine, the leaves would be laxative. They would stimulate also the heart and would tone up the womb.

វល្លិទាស់ព្រៃ ជាវល្លិមានរោមវារឡើងលើចុល្លព្រឹក្សជិតខាងក្នុងព្រៃគុម្ពោត និងរបងភូមិ នៃទ្វីបអាស៊ីផ្នែកអាគ្នេយ៍ ។
គ្រូបុរាណយកស្លឹកធ្វើថ្នាំបញ្ចុះ និង ធ្វើថ្នាំលើកកម្លាំងបេះដូង និងស្បូន ។

Liane pubescente, grimpante sur les arbustes, des fourrés et des haies des villages de l’Asie du Sud-Est. En pharmacopée, les feuilles seraient laxatives. Elles stimuleraient aussi le cœur et tonifieraient l’utérus.
