Gardenia angustifolia (L.) Merr.
Shrub, 1-5 m tall, originating from China, cultivated as decorative near the houses for the nice-smelling white flowers, with numerous petals. In China, these flowers are used for scenting the tea.

Arbuste, haut de 1-5 m, originaire de Chine, cultivé comme ornemental près des habitations pour ses fleurs blanches odorantes, à pétales multiples. En Chine, ces fleurs servent à parfumer le thé.
