Garcinia vilersiana Pierre
Tree, 10-15 m tall, of the dense forests of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Southern Vietnam. The bark gives the best green dye of Southeast Asia. In traditional Cambodian medicine, the barks associated to those of "trômu:ng" (G. oliveri Peter) is used to make poultices applied on the sprains. The wood, white yellowish, is used for constructions.

ព្រហ៊ូតជាព្រឹក្សកំពស់ ១០-១៥ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃក្រាស់ នៃប្រទេសថៃ ខ្មែរ លាវ និងវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង ។ សំបក សម្រាប់ធ្វើថ្នាំជ្រលក់សំពត់ល្អប្រណិតឱ្យមានពណ៌បៃតង ។ គ្រូហ្មខ្មែរ យកសំបកព្រហ៊ូតលាយជាមួយសំបកទ្រមូង ធ្វើថ្នាំបំពោកលើដៃ ជើងគ្រេច ។ ឈើមានពណ៌ស លឿង ប្រើសម្រាប់សង់ផ្ទះ ។

Arbre, haut de 10-15 m, des forêts denses de Thaïlande, du Cambodge, du Laos et du Sud-Viêt-nam. L’écorce donne la meilleure teinture verte de l’Asie du Sud-Est. En pharmacopée cambodgienne, les écorces associées à celles de « trômu:ng » (G. oliveri Pierre) servent à préparer des cataplasmes à appliquer sur les entorses. Le bois, blanc jaunâtre, est utilisé pour les constructions.
