GARCINIA (Guttiferae)
Garcinia lanessani Pierre
Tree branched out from the base, 8-10 m tall, of the dense and secondary forests of Indochina. The barks give a green dye. The wood, although little durable, is used in construction. In traditional medicine, the gum of the trunk would be used against various diseases, in particular fevers and the inflammations of the lymphatic glands.

ឈ្មោះព្រឹក្សមួយបែកមែកតាំងពីគល់ កំពស់ ៨-១០ម ដុះ ក្នុងព្រៃក្រាស់នឹងព្រៃស្រោងនៃឥណ្ឌូចិន ។ សំបកសម្រាប់ ជ្រលក់សំពត់ឱ្យមានពណ៌បៃតង ។ ឈើមិនសូវជាប់យូរ តែអាចប្រើសម្រាប់សង់ផ្ទះបាន ។ ជ័រនៃដើមអាចយកផ្សំឱសថ ព្យាបាល ជម្ងឺផ្សេងៗដូចជា គ្រុន និងហើម គ្រន្ទីនៃលសីកា ជាដើម។

Arbre ramifié dès la base, haut de 8-10 m, des forêts denses et secondaires de l’Indochine. Les écorces donnent une teinture en vert. Le bois, quoique peu durable, est utilisé en construction. En pharmacopée, la gomme du tronc serait utilisé dans les affections diverses, en particulier contre les fièvres et les inflammations des glandes lymphatiques.
