Diospyros mollis Griff.
Tree, 7-15 m tall, growing in the wild state in the mountain forests of Laos and Thailand; cultivated in Cambodia, near houses for its leaves and coloring fruits used to dye in black fabrics of all kinds. The seeds are said to be vermifuge.

ម៉ាកក្លឿជាព្រឹក្ស កំពស់ ៧-១៥ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃភ្នំ នៅប្រទេសថៃ និងលាវ ។ ខ្មែរដាំជិតផ្ទះដើម្បីយកស្លឹក និងផ្លែ ធ្វើថ្នាំ ជ្រលក់សំពត់អោយពណ៌ខ្មៅ ។ គ្រាប់ម៉ាកក្លឿជាថ្នាំព្រូន ។

Arbre, haut de 7-15 m, croissant à l’état sauvage dans les forêts de montagne du Laos et de la Thaïlande, cultivé au Cambodge, autour des habitations pour ses feuilles et fruits tinctoriaux employés pour teindre en noir les tissus de toutes sortes. Les graines sont réputées vermifuges.
