Cucumis melo L.
Herbaceous liana, originating from western America, cultivated in all tropical and temperate regions of the world. The fruit, yellow or red, is refreshing; the seeds contain 30% of an edible light yellow oil. Peduncle of the fruit is part of a remedy to stop vomiting.

ត្រសក់ស្រូវជាវល្លិវារលើដី ដើមកំណើតនៅអាហ្វ្រិកខាងលិច គេនាំគ្រាប់មកដាំគ្រប់ប្រទេសក្ដៅ និងប្រទេសរងាមធ្យម លើសកលលោក ។ ផ្លែពណ៌លឿង ឬក្រហមភាវ គេនិយមបរិភោគជាចំណីត្រជាក់ ។ គ្រាប់ត្រសក់ស្រូវមានប្រេងពណ៌លឿង ភាវចំនួន៣០ភាគរយ គេចូលចិត្តលីងបរិភោគណាស់។ ទងរបស់ផ្លែអាចផ្សំជាមួយរុក្ខជាតិដទៃទៀតធ្វើថ្នាំក្អួត។

Liane herbacée, originaire de l’Amérique occidentale, cultivée dans toutes les régions tropicales et tempérées du monde. Le fruit, jaune ou rouge, est rafraîchissant ; les graines renferment 30% d’une huile, jaune pâle, comestible. Le pédoncule du fruit entre dans la composition d’un remède pour arrêter les vomissements.
