Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott, var. esculenta
Asian herb, cultivated everywhere for its edible farinaceous tubers. They are used under the form of dish or pastries. The stalks are edible after a long cooking.

ឈ្មោះប្រទាលមួយប្រភេទសន្ដានក្តាត ដើមកំណើតកើតក្នុងទ្វីបអាស៊ី គេយកមើមទៅដាំគ្រប់ប្រទេសក្តៅសកល លោក ។ មើម ត្រាវ មានជាតិម្សៅ អាចបរិភោគជំនួសបាយបាន ពេលខ្លះគេយកត្រាវធ្វើម្ហូប ឬធ្វើបង្អែម ។ ធាងត្រាវ ស្លបានដែរ តែត្រូវស្ងោរឲ្យយូរសិន ។

Herbe Asiatique, cultivée partout pour ses tubercules farineux comestibles, entrant dans l’alimentation. On les utilise sous forme de mets ou de pâtisserie. Les tiges sont comestibles après une longue cuisson.
