A large rattan, climbing up to 30 m in semi-dense forests of Cambodia and Southtern Vietnam. Edible fruits. Flexible and strong stalk, much appreciated in basket making.

ផ្ដៅឈ្វាំង ជាវល្លិមួយយ៉ាងធំ មែករឹងប្រវែង ៣០ម ឡើងលើ ដុះក ្នុងព្រៃក្រាស់ល្មម នៃប្រទេសខ្មែរ និងវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង ។ ផ្លែគេបរិភោគបាន ។ មែកទន់ ហើយជាប់ល្អណាស់ គេប្រើការបានគ្រប់យ៉ាង ពិសេសទុកត្បាញធ្វើកញ្ជ្រែង ល្អី និងវេញខ្សែ ។

Grand rotin grimpant à 30 m de haut des forêts semi-denses du Cambodge et du Sud-Viêt-nam. Fruits comestibles. Tige souple et résistante très bonne pour les travaux de vannerie.
