Bougainvillea (hybride).
Hybrid species probably issued from the crossing of B. buttiana with peruviana. Creeping ligneous liana, from Peru or Columbia, imported in all warm and temperate countries for its red, rose or white floral bracts.

Espèce hybride provenant probablement du croisement de 2 espèces(B. buttiana avec peruviana) . Liane ligneuse grimpante, originaire de Pérou ou de la Colombie et introduite dans tous les pays chauds et tempérés comme ornementale pour ses bractées florales de teinte rouge, rose ou blanche.
