Anogeissus acuminata (Roxb. ex DC.) Guill. & Perry
Tree, 15-20 m tall, found in mixed caducifolious forests or in undergrowth dense Dipterocarp forests in Indochina s.1 and in India. The wood of big size reaching 1 m diameter is sought after for making house’s pillars.

ដើមឈើកំពស់ ១៥-២០ម ដុះក្នុងព្រៃជ្រៅ ឬព្រៃស្រោង ឬក្នុងជាន់ក្រោមនៃព្រៃក្រាស់ ដែលមានដើមតំណាងសន្ដាន Dipterocarpacées ច្រើន ។ ឈើដើមសួយញី មានវិជ្ឈមាត្រផ្លែរហូតដល់ ១ម គេនិយមយកឈើនេះ ទៅធ្វើសសរផ្ទះ ។

Arbre, haut de 15-20 m, des forêts mixtes caducifoliées ou formant l’étage inférieur des forêts denses à Diptérocarpacées. Bois pouvant atteindre 1 m de diamètre, très apprécié pour faire les colonnes. Espèce rencontrée dans la péninsule indochinoise (Cambodge, Laos, Viêt-nam, Birmanie, Thaïlande) et en Inde.
