Alpinia galanga (L.) Willd.
Herb cultivated in South East Asia for its rhizomes used as condiment, an other indispensable complement with garlic and shallot, to Khmer “ Kröeng ” cooking.

រំដងមានធាតុជាស្មៅ ដែលគេដាំគ្រប់ប្រទេសផ្នែកអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ដើម្បីយកមើមធ្វើគ្រឿងទេស។ ខ្មែរយើងប្រើរំដេង បុកធ្វើគ្រឿងសំរាប់ស្លម្ជូរជាដើម។

Plante herbacée, cultivée partout en Asie du Sud-Est pour ses rhizomes condimentaires. Ceux-ci constituent, avec l’ail et l’échalote, un autre élément indispensable, dans la cuisine khmère, pour faire le « kroëng ».
